ABOUT THE ROLE
As Centre Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first people our members and visitors meet, so you’ll play an important part in creating the welcoming, professional and friendly experience that Link
Spaces is known for.
Working closely with the Centre Manager and wider team, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to day running of the centre, build great relationships with our members and make sure the workspace is always presented and operated to a high standard.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people. You’ll need to be comfortable managing a variety of tasks and happy to get involved wherever needed.
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Greet members and visitors and provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and member experience.
- Build strong relationships with members and understand their individual requirements.
- Assist with member move-ins, move-outs and day-to-day requests.
- Manage meeting room bookings, refreshments and other meeting requirements.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, parcels, couriers and deliveries.
- Ensure communal areas, meeting rooms and workspaces are presented to a consistently high standard.
- Support the Centre Manager with the day-to-day operation of the centre.
- Assist with facilities matters and report maintenance issues, ensuring they are followed through to resolution.
- Support the implementation of health & safety procedures and centre policies.
- Deal with member enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate.
- Assist with centre administration, reporting and other operational tasks.
- Build positive relationships with members, colleagues, suppliers and contractors.
- Support member events and initiatives that help create a strong community within the centre.
- Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and our service standards.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the successful operation of the centre.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, serviced offices or a similar customer-facing environment is desirable.
- A naturally friendly, confident and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- A positive team player who is happy to get involved and help wherever needed.
- Professional appearance and manner appropriate for a premium workspace environment.
WHAT WE OFFER
A starting salary from £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, together with the opportunity to join a growing business where you’ll be encouraged to develop your skills and progress your career.
